How much does it cost to get my item?
Orders over £50 qualify for free postage. Below that we charge £3.95. All items come gift wrapped as standard.
When will I receive my item?
Items available as 'in stock' on our website will be posted out as soon as possible after ordering (often posted same day if ordered before 3pm, or next day, but no later than 4 working days from date of order). If you require your item by a particular date, please contact me via the 'Get In Touch' page of the website and we will endeavor to ensure you receive your item in time. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, such as with couriers services.
All jewellery is handmade to our own designs. This means that if an item isn't showing as 'in stock' or available in your size, you can still choose to buy it, and the design will be made to order for you. This can take anywhere from a day or two to a couple of weeks depending on various factors. Items requiring hallmarking will need to be sent to Sheffield Assay Office for stamping, and their turn-around times can vary. in this instance, Frances will communicate with you via email to clarify timings.
Local Collection-
If you are lucky enough to live in our beautiful part of the world, you are welcome to come and collect your item from our studio in Penistone, South Yorkshire. Please contact me for more details.
International Shipping-
We are currently only offering domestic shipping as standard, due to the complex nature of exporting precious metals and gemstones. Every country has its own set of laws around this. If you live outside of the UK and would like to purchase an item, please contact me and we will look in to the rules and regulations around supplying precious metals/gemstones to your country to see if we can make it work! Please note that you may be required to pay import duties/taxes on items and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.
